Learn the Science Behind How The Exercises Work

This paid online workshop teaches foundational exercises designed to support core development and active postural control in children through puberty (approximately ages 11–14). Participants will learn how to help growing kids develop proper muscle activation, alignment, and movement synergy to improve stability and body control. With consistent practice, these exercises may help reduce the risk of common hypermobility-related complications including poor posture, recurrent ankle sprains, growth plate irritation, muscle strains, and scoliosis-related stress patterns.

These exercises are designed to function like “movement medicine” for the developing neuro-musculoskeletal system. Because hypermobile children often rely on tissue elasticity and fascial tension rather than muscular support for posture, consistency is essential in helping the brain develop more efficient stabilization strategies during growth. Puberty is a particularly important developmental window for establishing long-term posture and movement patterns.

The workshop also includes guidance on exercise frequency, maintenance programming, progression during growth spurts or injury recovery, and practical strategies for improving consistency — including ways to make the exercises engaging and fun for kids through routines and reward systems.
