We unfortunately have to pause taking on new patients with Molina, CHPW or Coordinated Care insurance due difficulties with renewing our contract with Washington HCA and due to Washington HCA’s unpredictable business practices and reimbursement issues. We will reassess taking on new patients seeking care for hypermobility, EDS, Fibromyagia, Chronic fatigue syndrome, long COVID, post exertional malaise, POTS and neuroplastic / central pain only in November.
We have made the difficult decision to end our contract with United health Care Plans including UHC, UHC Community, UMR and UHC Medicare Advantage due to frequent denials, high deductibles for patients and their complicated and cumbersome authorization process. As such we will not be accepting new patients desiring to use these plans for PT services. We invite patients with United plans to take advantage of our discounted cash rates. Most patients with United plans owe anywhere from $45-$70 per visit. The average number of visits for PT is between 12 and 16.
We do not work with auto accident cases (Personal auto insurance) or L&I through third party companies.
