Some insurances require physician referrals or pre-authorization. Contact your insurance company using the member services on the back of your card to find out what is required and the details of your physical therapy benefits ahead of your appointment.

No insurance or high deductible? No problem! Good health care does not have to break the bank! Check out our reasonable rates and wellness services!

We welcome Apple Health Plans (ie Community Health Plan of Washington, UHC Community , Molina), Medicare and Medicare Advantage.

We are in network for Medicare, Molina, Community Health Plan of Washington, United, UMR, HMA, Regence, Blue Cross, Cigna primary insurance and Medicare Advantage plans . Also Premera as a supplemental insurance to Medicare. For other secondary insurances, please call the customer service number on the back of your card to see if physical therapy treatment through Sea2Summit Physical Therapy and Sports Rehabilitation would be covered.

We also work with auto accident cases that do not involve litigation / lawyers and L&I cases through Washington State (not Federal or third party companies).

Unfortunately translation services are not available at this site.
