If you're interested in working with Kim, complete the form with a few details about what you would like Kim’s help with. We regularly evaluate the capacity to take on new patients. We will keep your form on file and contact you once there are new patient appointments available. We respond to requests as appointment availability permits and in the order received.

Wait time for an in person new intake evaluation is 2-3 months. In person appointments are typically offered 30 -45 days in advance (if we contact you to schedule, the available appointment is likely within 30 -45 days). We generally do not have the capacity to offer new patient intake appointments for acute issues.

Telehealth or out of WA state coaching sessions are generally available 1-2 weeks in advance.

If you do not have one of the insurances listed below then we are NOT contracted with your insurance. Please select self pay. Details about insurances accepted and self pay rates can be found here.
