Learn self myofascial release and muscle energy techniques to remove the blocks to your natural movement flow or make the most of your recovery days to prevent accumulation of tension or stiffness in your muscles. You may bring your own cupping set, scraping tools and tennis/lacrosse ball. Class fee $30. Class Participants receive free access to correlating online content for reference.
